Since our foundation in 2019, the team at Hosanna Community Care have worked tirelessly to build a stronger, and more inclusive, Australian community. Our wonderful team of coordinators and support workers assist NDIS participants and individuals with services such as support coordination, skill development and organised activities. Over the past five years, we have helped a diverse range of individuals achieve their goals and make positive and fulfilling choices about their lives.
