At Hosanna Health Care, we exist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with a disability, aged care consumers, and children in early intervention programs. Since 2019, we’ve worked alongside individuals, families, and communities to deliver personalised support that’s rooted in compassion, driven by purpose, and guided by the values of social justice, human rights, and professional integrity.
Our services are shaped by the people we support as we believe in client choice, dignity, and the right to live a fulfilling life. With innovation, persistence and a passionate team, we aim not only to meet every day needs but to help people grow, connect, and thrive at home, in the community, and beyond.

Since our foundation in 2019, the team at Hosanna Health Care have worked tirelessly to build a stronger, and more inclusive, Australian community. Our wonderful team of coordinators and support workers assist NDIS participants and individuals with services such as support coordination, skill development and organised activities. Over the past five years, we have helped a diverse range of individuals achieve their goals and make positive and fulfilling choices about their lives.
